Who receives consent and why
By selecting the separate consent checkbox and submitting the form, I freely consent to ИП Хейкконен Л.А. (HKN, hkn.pro, info@hkn.pro) processing the personal data I provide to reply to my enquiry, clarify the project task, prepare a proposal and discuss cooperation.
Data and processing activities
This consent covers my email address or phone number, personal information in my message, the selected service, the consent timestamp and request identifier. Permitted activities are collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, transmission for email delivery and infrastructure operation, restriction and deletion, by automated and non-automated means. The enquiry is sent to info@hkn.pro.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains effective until the enquiry and project discussion are complete or until I withdraw it. I can withdraw consent by emailing info@hkn.pro with the subject “Withdraw consent” and identifying the contact used for the enquiry. Processing then stops and data is subject to deletion unless another lawful basis permits continued processing.
Separate scope
This consent concerns processing the enquiry. It does not authorise marketing messages, public disclosure of personal data or processing for the independent purposes of analytics providers. The privacy policy is available on a separate page. Consent version: 28 September 2026.
