Operator and scope
The operator of personal data on hkn.pro is ИП Хейкконен Л.А. (HKN). For access, correction or deletion requests, email info@hkn.pro. This policy covers website visitors and people contacting us through the form, email or the Telegram contact listed on the site.
Project enquiries
We process the email address or phone number you provide, the selected service, your message and information you voluntarily include in correspondence. The purpose is to reply, clarify your task, prepare a proposal and discuss possible cooperation. Form data is processed on the basis of the separate consent you give before submission. The form is for responding to your enquiry and does not request consent to marketing emails.
How the form works
Submitted information is sent to the website server and then by email to info@hkn.pro. The email includes the consent time, enquiry language and request identifier. Processing involves collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, transmission for email delivery, restriction and deletion, using automated and non-automated means. The form handler does not create a separate enquiry database.
Form protection
To limit repeated requests, the server temporarily stores a derived network identifier and request timestamps. It does not store the original IP address or form contents in this protection file. Entries expire after 15 minutes and are removed during subsequent requests. Hosting and email infrastructure may maintain technical logs for operation and security.
Analytics and external services
The website includes Yandex Metrica and Google Tag Manager. These services may receive technical browser and device information, pages visited, referrals and interactions, and may use cookies and network identifiers. Metrica uses session replay, click maps and link tracking. Google Tag Manager manages tags; active tags depend on the container configuration. Our own analytics events do not include your contact details or message. See the Yandex privacy policy and Google privacy policy. Browser settings can restrict cookies.
Other network connections
The map and 3D presentation request resources from OpenStreetMap and jsDelivr. These requests expose a network address and technical browser information to the relevant provider. If you follow the Telegram link, subsequent correspondence is also subject to that service’s rules. Please do not include sensitive personal data or unnecessary information about third parties in the message.
Retention, access and your rights
Enquiry data is used while the enquiry and project are discussed. After its purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, it is subject to deletion unless another lawful basis requires retention. If contractual work begins, necessary information may be processed to enter into and perform the agreement. Access is limited to people handling the enquiry and infrastructure providers as needed; messages are not intended for publication. You may request processing information, correction, restriction or deletion, withdraw consent and contact the relevant supervisory authority. To identify your enquiry, include the contact used for submission and the request identifier if available.
Protection and updates
The form checks input data, request origin, required consent and request frequency. Secrets and service files must remain outside the public website directory; access to hosting and email is limited to authorised people. The current policy is published here. Version date: 28 September 2026.
